RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

 

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your order. However, should you be unsatisfied, please see bellow how we offer to support you 

 

Sent the wrong item: 

We will endeavour to do our best to ensure that you receive the product you have ordered. However, mistakes can sometimes happen, and we will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If this happens, please contact aida.routedstillness@gmail.com to arrange a replacement, return or refund. Please ensure to include the following information in the email: name, order number, email address, and reason for return. Please also clearly state whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.

We are unable to process your refund, exchange or replacement until we receive the product back and undamaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when sending your item back to us. Please make sure that all items being returned are complete, unopened and resaleable with original packaging, and are securely sent.

 

Important note: If the product is returned to Routed Stillness, in a condition which is not fully resaleable, is used or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights

 

Product unwanted or changed your mind: 

 

We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 14 days.

In this case please email  aida.routedstillness@gmail.com for the return postal address. In order to help us process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order, or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you’ve misplaced either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details.

 

Once we receive the product,  we will refund the goods in full. We do not offer < free of charge> postage returns for unwanted items options. 

 

Important note: If the product is returned to Routed Stillness, in a condition which is not fully resaleable, is used or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights

 

 

Faulty/damaged product:

 

We will do our best to ensure that your Routed Stillness product/s arrives correctly and in perfect condition. However, mishaps can happen and we want to be able to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. In this case please email us aida.routedstillness@gmail.com for a return postage label.

So we can process your return, please include a copy of your order confirmation email. If you’ve misplaced this, please include your name, order number, contact details and reason for return. 

 

How returns are processed: 

 

When returning goods, refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back and within 14 days.

 

All online customers will receive a proof of purchase email when their order has been dispatched. Please use this if you wish to return an item.
