Bungee Fitness is a fun aerobic workout whilst suspended by a a bungee cord (bungee), attached to a harness. The bungee adds resistant which allows for temporay suspension in the air whilst performing the movements and exercises, resembling a feeling of flying! Bungee Fitness offers a high intensity workout with the added bonus of being kind on your joints. It is an all-over body workout, incorporating elements of dance and aerial circus arts with toning exercises such as squats, press-ups and lunges.
